Top tips for going back to school!
We have gathered together some of our favourite top tips for going back to school...have we missed any? If you have an essential top tip, we would love to hear it!
1. Get your sleeping pattern back on track! A regular bedtime and good nights sleep can do wonders for your energy levels, concentration and so much more!
2. Prepare! Organise your school bag, books, stationary, and lunch the evening before.
3. Write to-do lists! This helps visualise what you need to do, and gives a great sense of achievement when you can tick everything off!
4. Ask for help! A problem shared is a problem halved.
