Educated Recruitment strive to ensure we adhere to compliance for all teachers and teaching assistants registered with us. We are a REC Accredited Company and our wonderful Compliance Administrator Kayleigh works hard to complete all vetting information and thoroughly and carefully checks the compliance of all of our teachers. 

A list of our compliance checks: 

- Proof of ID checks

- National Insurance Number Check 

- KCSiE Online Check

- Teaching Qualifications check including Online TRN Check and Teacher Prohibition Check

- TrustID Online Identity Verification Check for our candidates registered online

- Right To Work Online Check for non native candidates

- Obtained references covering at least 3-5 years including at least one school reference

- Enhanced DBS Checks including Child Barred List Check for all of our teachers either on the update service or newly processed yearly. 

- Overseas Police Checks on record

- Medical Questionnaire completed

-  Signed Safeguarding policy and Code of Conduct on fiie

- Free CPD Safeguarding Courses offered and recommended annually to all of our candidates 

Educated Recruitment will always send across our Security Vetting Form to our schools upon booking a teacher with their vetting information. We also send across annual Letter of Assurances to our schools listing details of our compliance checks upon request.
